20 years in construction across five trades — rebar, steel, formwork, rigging, and crane operations. I've been on job sites since I was 15 and running crews as a foreman by 18.

50% deposit to secure materials — we like everything on site and ready to go so there are no delays. Weekly progress updates, zero shortcuts. Final 50% due when you're satisfied with the finished work.
